Gratitude which rhymes with "attitude," is one of the most powerful practices we can incorporate into our daily lives. It can change everything if you devote a small amount of time to connect with what you are grateful for.

Gratitude is a positive emotion that involves being thankful and appreciative and is associated with several mental and physical health benefits.
As I go deeper, and as I meditate, it feels like gratitude opens the door of abundance. When you shift your focus towards gratitude, it brings immediate feelings of happiness. When you take time to appreciate all the ways in which life is being kind to you, you attract more positive experiences, joy and abundance. However, most of the time, the door of abundance gets closed by the energy of lack.

As I dig into the root cause of certain issues, the energy of lack is what closes doors for us. Ultimately, lack is: there's not enough, not enough time, not enough energy, not enough effort, etc. and when we dig deep it is the feeling that I am not enough.
We've frequently picked this feeling up from childhood and tend to carry this energy of I am not enough with us. Therefore, we have to constantly be proving ourselves, doing more, providing more, or asking for more.
To uproot that now, notice the places where you feel that energy of lack, where that root creates tentacles in your life, you'll be the investigator to find it and witness Creator unwind and let it go.
Release the feeling of lack, the energy of I am not enough, there is not enough, he is not enough, she is not enough, whatever is not enough, and tap into the abundance of there is always enough.
The feeling of releasing lack, and tapping into abundance is a mindset to work on. You get there through the door of gratitude. We're activating our verticality and letting go of the baggage and the stuff that we're carrying.
